Water Heater Replacement
$250
Flat Rate includes all of the labor necessary to safely remove an existing water heater (Standard or On- Demand) and replace it with a new one. A disposal fee may be charged if you do not have the means or desire to dispose of the old appliance. No-Cost 90 day labor warranty is included.
Air Conditioners/Heat Pumps Replacement
$250
Flat Rate includes all of the labor necessary to remove an existing Roof Top Air Conditioner/Heat Pump and replace it with a new one. A disposal fee may be charged if you do not have the means or desire to dispose of the old appliance. No-Cost 90 day labor warranty is included.
This is for the roof top unit only. There will be an additional charge of $49 if the controller or thermostat needs to be replaced.
Propane Regulator Replacement
$179
Flat Rate includes all of the labor necessary to safely remove an existing single or dual stage regulator and replace it with a new one. No-Cost 90 day labor warranty is included.
Automatic Transfer Switch Replacement
$179
Flat Rate includes all of the labor necessary to safely remove an existing Automatic Power Transfer Switch and replace it with a new one. No-Cost 90 day labor warranty is included.
Slide Room Floor Replacement
$750-$1800
Flat Rate includes all of the labor necessary to remove an replace an existing slide room floor. The price range is based on slide room size, existing floor thickness (ie: 3/4" vs. 1") and complexity. The flat rate does not include new floor covering. No-Cost 90 day labor warranty is included.
Toilet Replacement
$179
Flat Rate includes all of the labor necessary to remove and replace the toilet in your RV. A disposal fee may be charged if you do not have the means or desire to dispose of the old toilet. No-Cost 90 day labor warranty is included.
Flat Rate Routine Maintenance
*The below flat rate labor pricing includes common shop supplies. **It does Not include parts unless specified. Routine service and preventive maintenance are critical to keep your RV on the road and can save you thousands of dollars over the lifetime of your RV.
AC Check-Up and Cleaning
$179
We will visually inspect and test the fan, compressor and other vital components. We will then clean the condenser coils. The flat rate includes up to 2 roof mounted AC units ($50 additional for 3rd unit). This maintenance will ensure your AC's are running efficiently and help to identify any possible future problems. We will also advise how you can clean or replace your interior filters.
This should be done every 6-12 months.
**Generator Maintenance
$179
We will visually inspect and test your onboard generator. We will then change the oil, air filter, and fuel filter. Oil, oil disposal, oil filter, air filter, and fuel filter are included in the flat rate price. Please have your generator make and model number available at the time you set the appointment so that we have the proper parts on hand when we arrive.
This should be done every 100 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
***Wheel Bearings
$179 / axle
***Towable RV's only. We will remove the wheels from your towable RV and and visually inspect all of the wheel components for defects or damage and re-pack the bearings. We will then re-install the wheel assemblies. If new bearings are required that will be an additional charge.
This should be done every 10,000-12,000 miles or annually, whichever comes first.
