Our technicians have a minimum of 10 years of experience in general maintenance and repairs as well as the proper RV Technician Credentials before we bring them onboard.
We do not charge a travel fee if you are within 30 miles. Our rates are simple and fair. We charge a Service Call Fee of $159.00. This includes up to 1 hour of service. Most repairs can be completed within an hour. For extensive or complicated repairs that will take more than an hour, the technician will advise you of the labor cost prior to starting the work. If you have a major project (ie: replacing a slide room floor, etc.) The technician will give you a flat rate price. The Service Fee is for a full hour and if we can diagnose and repair the problem in minutes, you still get the full hour to have any other repairs or maintenance performed at no additional charge during that hour if you wish. Likewise, if it takes longer than an hour to diagnose and repair your problem but it should have been found sooner, we will not charge you for the extra time! We do not charge for drive time to your location. If we do not have the part that is needed on hand, we will not charge you for a return trip.
